We support projects that increase participation and address the needs and opportunities of our domestic and international communities. Grants may fund total project costs, start-up project costs, or the expansion or replication of an existing successful project. Funding takes place twice a year in the spring and fall after the full BARPCV board reviews proposals and makes selections.

Requirements:
All BARPCV members are eligible to apply. Active board members may apply with a co-sponsor and are not allowed to vote during the cycle in which they apply.
