BARPCV Board Member, Adam Rosenberg, recently wrote about his Peace Corps experience for the Cambridge Chronicle (the oldest surviving weekly newspaper in the United States).
The Boston Area Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (BARPCV) is a non-profit organization with approximately 400 members concentrated in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. BARPCV seeks to connect with and support returned and prospective volunteers and to carry out the third goal of the Peace Corps, "to promote a better understanding of other people on the part of American people." BARPCV is commemorating the 50th anniversary of Peace Corps by bringing together the Boston Area Peace Corps community to celebrate the rich heritage of the Peace Corps and the contributions of volunteers both past and present.
