Imagine what the world could look like if the voices of tolerance and understanding could drown out the voices of fear and hate. The Peace Corps community - over 220,000 strong - could be one of the most powerful resources our nation has. But it is currently untapped, and many voices go unheard.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Association is an NPCA affiliate group whose mission is to promote Peace Corps ideals and the legal, political and social rights of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people around the world. They collect RPCV stories from different countries across the world, archive a variety of Safe Zone training materials, and advocate for inclusive policies and operations with Peace Corps. And most importantly, they provide a network for the LGBTQ Peace Corps community to celebrate their experiences and inspire others to join along in the journey. They are looking for volunteers!
